Offering Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Diploma, Western Culinary Institute has specialized its curriculum for job- and career-oriented students. Students at Western Culinary Institute (WCI) are interested in training that will prepare them for professional culinary careers and advancement opportunities.
A second program, the Le Cordon Bleu Restaurant Management Diploma Program prepares graduates aspiring to seek employment at a range of levels in Restaurant Management. Restaurant Management courses will span the gap between the kitchen and the dining room.
