Our association represents a union of some of the finest in European and North American culinary arts training programs available today. We provide educational programs that help prepare students for professional opportunities in the international hospitality industry.
Learn about restaurant operations from a corporate level. You learn management theory and develop an understanding of effective leadership and how it can influence their environment.
Students select between three specialty areas:
- Culinary Arts
- Hospitality & Restaurant Management
- Pātisserie & Baking
Each degree program combines professional instructors and hand-on training in our modern facilities and labs. Students can also gain practical experience in the school's restaurant and through externships coordinated by our Career Services department.
